2023 Etienne et Claude Courtois Les Cailloux du Paradis 'Le Pinot Noir', Loire, Vin de France Rioja 2020 Bink WinesAge of Vines: 25 years, on flinty clay soil Varieties: Pinot Noir Vinification: The grapes are sorted and harvested by hand, then pressed in old manual presses. After 3 weeks of fermentation, the wine is aged in oak barrels for 18 months before bottling.
