2023 Kortavebis Marani, Kakheti Selects Amber Wine, Kakheti, Georgian Republic Royal Tokaji -From the WinemakerCrafted by Tamuna Bidzinashvili in eastern Georgias Kakheti region, this qvevri fermented amber wine blends 95% Rkatsiteli and 5% Kisi. Organically farmed on clay soils, the grapes ferment spontaneously with ambient yeasts and see one month of skin contact. Aged 9 months in qvevri, bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with zero added SO. Structured and textured with firm grip and spicetraditional Kakheti winemaking in pure form. Only 100 cases produced.
