Chateau Cantemerle Haut-Medoc Les Allees de Cantemerle 2016 hide-gift-message spontaneously fermentedThe second wine of Chteau Cantemerle the traditionalist Fifth Growth on the Margaux border whose grand vin is one of the only Grand Cru Classs that can honestly be called old school Bordeaux. Les Alles is drawn mostly from the younger vines, vinified with the same hands off methods the estate has always used (concrete vats, no new oak overload), and it shows the same gravelly Haut Mdoc character as the grand vin in a more open, earlier drinking frame.
