2023 Henri Germain Bourgogne Cote d'Or Blanc, Burgundy, France Hungary Fermentation & Élevage: LongThe Bourgogne Cte d'Or is drawn from five different plots (four in Meursault and one in Chassagne) amounting to 1 hectare. In Meursault, they are "Les Lameroses", "Les Pacriots", "Les Belles Ctes", "Les Herbeaux" and "Au Jardin." In Chassagn Montrachet, it is "Les Grandes Corves." Soil: Clay limestone Exposure: East Southeast Vinification: Manual harvest, no added yeasts or enzymes, very rarely any btonnage, no racking, cold and very slow
