2023 Emme Wines Amando El Sol California Espolòn SOIL: VolcanicOrganic. 60% Colombard, 40% Chardonnay. Colombard drawn from the Ricetti Vineyard in the Redwood Valley; Chardonnay from the Siletto Vineyard in San Benito County; both vineyards are farmed organically and dry farmed. Colombard harvested in October, rather late given that 23 was a very cool and slow growing seasonlow ripeness, high acidity.
