I met with Pedro Parra, the famed geologist, last year, and he tipped me off to the project. Parra works with Roulot in Burgundy, and hes brought his talents to Oregon to launch this Chardonnay focused venture with fellow winemaker Felipe Ramirez (of Rose & Arrow, where the wines are made). The first vintage is 2021, with the wines centered on two distinct terroirs: volcanic
