2022 Domaine Hubert Lamy En Remilly, Saint-Aubin Premier Cru, France Poderi Oddero Seven Springs2. 02 ha (4. 99 ac) Variety: Chardonnay Vine Age: Planted in 1989 Terroir: A continuation of le Montrachet with which it shares a border, steep hill, facing south, poor, shallow soils with limestone Viticulture: Lutte raisonne, organic methods Vinification: Gently pressed, light settling, long fermentation. Aged for 12 months in 300L and 600L oak barrels (0 5% new), followed by 6 12 months blending in tank.
