2023 Claude Dugat Gevrey-Chambertin, Cote de Nuits, France Michel Bouzereau and ultra 100 year oldSourced from organically and biodynamically farmed Pinot Noir across clay limestone vineyards in GevreyChambertin, the 2023 vintage was fully destemmed and fermented using native yeasts in stainless steel or old wood. Extraction is gentle, with regular punchdowns and cold maceration, followed by levage for 1516 months in French oak barrels (about 40% new).
