Unlike most belly bands, it isn't a girdle with a pouch sewn in it. This belt fits inside the waistband and enables you to carry your pistol with a compatible web holster. The Sport Tuck band is a three inch belt. It's padded with CoolVent Neoprene, our ventilated moisture wicking padding fabric.
