2023 Susana Esteban 'Procura' Na Anfora Branco Vinho Regional Alentejano, Portugal Monier Perreol light baking spiceThis wine is the result of my relentless search for very old vines from the Serra de So Mamede, at an altitude of 700 metres. I have been recovering them over the years. It was aged for 8 months in used French oak barrels brought from Burgundy, to preserve the identity of the vineyard. The nose is intense and complex, very mineral and with citrus notes. In the mouth it is deep and full bodied, a perfect symbiosis of the minimality and freshness of the
